Paying for Your Order
Your payment account, Kakobuy balance and an individual order are three different records. Keeping them separate makes fees, offers and refunds easier to read.
The charge, the credit and the order
A recharge adds funds to the account balance; it does not identify which goods were bought. The goods order then uses the available balance or the payment path shown at checkout.
What leaves your payment account
Start with the amount your payment provider charges and any conversion it applies. That figure may differ from the credit recorded on the shopping account.
What reaches your Kakobuy balance
Look at the credited amount separately from the amount assigned to a particular product order. An unused balance is not another purchase.
Choosing how to pay
Kakobuy's help material describes Top Up Now and a PayPal-based card route. Available methods and the displayed charge belong to the current payment screen; Older help examples show different rates, so check the fee shown on the current payment screen before paying.

A method can affect currency conversion and transaction charges as well as how the payment is recorded. Choose from the methods actually available for your account.

Read the breakdown shown with the transaction before authorizing it. Review the currency conversion, service fee and item total separately when checking the charge.
What you pay before the item arrives
The first purchase stage concerns the item and any domestic shipping from its seller. Optional order services, if selected, belong to that purchase context rather than the later international parcel estimate.
The item and domestic delivery
The product price needs to match the chosen option, quantity and pack size. A deposit or minimum quantity can change the amount due.
Services attached to the order
Domestic postage moves the goods to the receiving warehouse. It is separate from the cost of sending your finished parcel abroad.
When parcel costs become payable
The international parcel is paid for after its contents and shipping option are known. Additional parcel services may appear at that stage. An early route estimate is planning information, not the settled payment.
Does the offer apply to this payment?
An offer is useful only if it applies to the charge you are about to make. A coupon pack is not necessarily one discount, and a promotion mentioned in an old review may have ended.

Eligible charges, spend and expiry
Minimum spend, expiry and whether discounts can be combined decide the usable amount. Check whether offers can be combined before adding their advertised values together.
Where a refund goes
A return approval and the refund itself happen at different stages. Once the refund is processed, check whether the money returns to the Kakobuy balance or the original payment method.
Credit back to the balance
Kakobuy's return help describes credit to available balance. The amount and timing depend on the resolved order, not merely on submitting a request.

If you want money outside the shopping balance, review the withdrawal path available to your account and the method used to pay.
