A promising find still needs to be matched to the exact item you want to buy. The seller listing, selected option and purchase method determine the details Kakobuy receives with your order.
A source listing, a manual request and an already-bought item start from different information.
A product link or a manual request?
A product URL can bring listing information into the purchase flow. For a listing that does not load that way, Fill & Buy asks you to supply the missing product details yourself. Read the terms shown with that form before paying; its change options differ from an ordinary imported order.
A product Kakobuy can open
Kakobuy's purchase guide describes URL, image and name entry. Its marketplace examples include Taobao, Tmall, JD and 1688. A Weidian link or another marketplace listing may need a manual request rather than an automatic import.
The Fill & Buy form
Fill & Buy asks for the link, name, specifications, image, notes, price, quantity and domestic delivery. The details you enter must describe the item the seller can actually supply.
Match the offer to the item you want
Two links can appear to show the same product while pointing to different shops, variants or pack sizes. Read the seller's offer as a whole before comparing it with another find.
The item and the shop
Look for the shop and the exact product rather than treating a spreadsheet label as a seller guarantee. A product ID or item number identifies a listing; order and parcel numbers have different jobs.
Options, packs and minimum quantities
Color, size, bundle quantity and minimum order can change what is bought. A deposit listing or multi-item pack may not represent a one-piece final price.
When you start from a photo
A photo or product name can help you find a likely listing. Open the current seller page to confirm the seller, option and quantity before ordering.
A visual match and an exact item
Use the visual match to find the listing, then confirm the exact option on the seller page.
A product name or item reference
An item reference belongs to its source listing. If a number will not bring up the item you expect, return to the product name or the original link.
If the product link will not open
An expired, shortened or broken listing may lose essential information. Use the original seller page or product details rather than relying on a modified URL that simply happens to load.
An old or shortened link
An old saved link may lead to a different option or no listing at all. Recheck the seller and the offered item.
A page that needs a manual request
If a manual request is available, supply the original link and enough product information for the request to be understood.
Already bought the item?
Buying through an agent and forwarding something already bought are different tasks. For a forwarded item, the question becomes how it is identified when it reaches the warehouse, not which seller option to order.
