Plan the parcel around the items you actually want to ship, rather than automatically packing everything that has arrived. Resolve unanswered item questions before packaging changes make them harder to address.
Leave unresolved items out of the parcel
Start with the goods still in question. A requested photo, unresolved variant problem or pending seller return can change what belongs in the parcel.

A return request concerns the individual item and seller. Keep an item with an open return request out of the parcel until that request is resolved.
Bring the right arrivals together
Items from different sellers may arrive on different days. Combine only the goods you mean to send together, with attention to readiness and any restrictions that could call for a separate parcel.
