Changing or Returning an Order
The same request can have a different answer depending on how the item was purchased and where it has reached. Start with those two facts before looking at a return condition.
Your purchase method comes first
First identify whether Kakobuy loaded a standard seller listing or you submitted a manual Fill & Buy request. Manual Fill & Buy requests can follow different change and after-sales terms, so use the conditions shown for that request rather than applying the standard-order rules.
An ordinary shopping order
For a standard purchase, the seller's agreement, item condition and the order stage all matter.
A manual purchase request
A manual request can rely on details supplied by the shopper and may carry different conditions once payment is made. Read the terms attached to that request.
The seller has not shipped yet
When the seller has not shipped, a change or cancellation request can be raised against the order. Sending a request is not the same as having the seller accept it; the account record shows the outcome.
The item is on its way to the warehouse
Once the seller has dispatched the goods, the item may have to be returned rather than simply cancelled. Domestic return shipping or service charges can affect the final refund.
The item has arrived
Warehouse arrival gives you a chance to compare the item and its photos with the order. It also means packaging choices may affect whether a seller will take the goods back.
A different item or a change of mind
A wrong option, visible defect or change of mind can lead to different return conditions and seller responses. Explain the issue in the order request.
Tags, seals and return packaging
Keep tags, seals and return packaging in mind before asking for them to be removed. The physical state of the goods may matter to the seller.
From a request to a completed return
Follow the request through the seller's decision and the return of the item. After the return is settled, check where the refund is credited and whether you need to withdraw it from the account balance. A parcel already delivered abroad has a different delivery-support path.
